30-Day Policy Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: Books with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item and whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund yet: First, check your bank account again Contact your credit card company as the official posting of your refund might take some time Contact your bank as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted.

Sale or Promotional Items Only regularly priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit of equal value to your returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will know that you have returned their gift.

The shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
For items valued over 100 TND, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
